I want you too. My eyes tell you truth I wanna live in your life This short phrase is too precious to me. If you tell me 'I love you,' this one phrase out of anything in the world, I will be happy.

~~ sepagi de Hospital KPJ seremban ~~ (check up)




ni pic b4 kuar rumah g hospital...

ok lah..
still ingat x entry yg lepas??
yg kne admitted kat spital KPJ seremban tu..
ni sambungan dari kes admitted aritu..
so kne la g check up..
sepatutnye tarikh check up 11.03.2011..
lepas tu ada msalah yg x leyh nk di elakkn ..
so g la ari isnin..
pada tanggal 14.03.2011..
ermm dr umah kul 7.45..
so smpai spital lam kul 7.55 pagi..
lepas park kete..
terus pegi GL counter..
Biasalah.. pekerja TNB kan..
so adew la cover dari PM care..
heheheh..
sayunk PM CARE lebey (leh la slalu g kinik)..




ni pandangan dari sipi lah kan GL counter tu.. heheheh..




ok lepas selesai dekat GL counter..
i pn kene g amik darah..
aduh..
tensionnyew..
sowie x sempat nk snap pix kat tmpat amik gmbar tu..
da x dew mood sngat sbb kne amik darah kan..
ok lepas settle amik darah..
kne tggu result darah dekat nk sejam..
so nk g mne yew??
balik umah jew lah kan..
lg bgus..
so balik umah..
lepak2 baca paper..
kul 10 PA Doctor tu call shakap result da siap..
i pn terus capai kunci kete nk ke spital..


drive jap..
hehehehe..
ok ble da smpai spital..
Dr plak pegi naik round ward..
so kne tnggu lg lah kan...
lupa plak nk introduce my doctor kan..
hehehehe..
name DR i DR Chew Thian Fook..
consultant physician & Nephrologist ..



sempat lagi kan snpa pic niew..
hahahah..



so lepas jmpe doctor..
my Dr sngat baik..
bg i mc lg seminggu..
so start 14.03.2011 smopai 18.03.2011..
tapi i tetap g keje leyh..
lepas settle smue kat blik dr..
i kne g kaunter ubat tok amik ubat la kan..
x kan amik duit plak kan.. heheheheh..





ni plak pic time kat kaunter amik ubat.. (nk kne beli DSL ni)




ok lah.. dapat number 2038..
mse tu no 2035 kalau x silap.. heheheh
tggu pnye tggu no 2038 pn naik.. pas2 g la amik ubat kan...




heheheh.. apew niew?? no lah kan.. no giliran..


lepas settle amik ubat..
terus g kat tempat park kete tok ke opis..
sngat rajin.. even dapat mc still nk g keje kan..
ehhehehehe...

ok lah.. kita citer kat entry lain plak..
next checkup 14.04.2011..
so kte tggu lah tarikh tu sme2 keyh...
